If the MemorizePiano System is not for you, you get your money back. No explanation needed.

How long you have

You can ask for a refund within 90 days of your purchase. Lessons added later do not change that.

How to ask

Write to support@memorizepiano.com from the email address you used to buy, and say you want a refund. That is all. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter whether you have watched any lessons.

What happens next

We refund the full amount you paid to the card or payment method you used, and confirm by email, normally within a few business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your access to the course is closed when the refund is issued.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before contacting your bank. A refund by email is quicker and costs you nothing.

EU and UK buyers

The 90-day guarantee is on top of any rights the law gives you. Because the course is digital and delivered as soon as you buy, the usual fourteen-day right of withdrawal ends once access starts, as set out in our Terms. The guarantee above is longer and simpler, and it applies regardless.
