Terms
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms cover buying and using the MemorizePiano System. Plain language, and they say what actually happens.
Who you are buying from
Daniel Rożek, Słowian 4, 20-830 Lublin, Poland, reachable at learnchopin@gmail.com.
What you get
Online access to the MemorizePiano System: Module 1, Quantum Strategy; Module 2, Mental Dry Run; Module 3, Ear Navigator. The course is in pre-sale, so modules are released in order as they are finished, and you get an email each time one arrives. Access is delivered through your account on this site and does not expire.
Price and payment
The price is shown before you pay and is charged in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe, which may show and take the amount in your local currency at its own exchange rate. We never see your card details.
The guarantee
Ninety days. One email. Full refund. No questions. Write to learnchopin@gmail.com within ninety days of your purchase and you get your money back, whether or not you have watched anything.
Because the course is digital and available immediately, you agree that delivery starts as soon as you buy, which under EU consumer law ends the usual fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The guarantee above is longer and simpler, and it stands regardless.
Your account
The account is yours alone. Do not share logins or hand the material to other people. If an account is shared or the content is redistributed, we may close it without a refund.
What belongs to whom
The videos, text and materials stay ours. You may use them for your own playing for as long as you like. You may not copy, resell, publish or teach from them as your own.
What we do not promise
The method is a process, not a guarantee of results. How well it works depends on the piece you choose and the practice you put in. Nothing here promises a particular outcome, a performance standard, or a timeline.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and the lessons playable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to what you paid.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live. If we cannot settle a complaint between us, EU buyers can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Changes apply to future purchases, not to one you have already made.
